All four members of Polish death metal band Decapitated have be charged with rape in Spokane County.
The band members had already been charged with kidnapping in the first degree.
Band members Rafal Piotrowski and Waclaw Kieltika have been charged with second degree rape while Mikola LLysejko and Hubert Wiecek have been charged with third degree.
Waclaw Kieltyka will appear in Superior Court Friday, according to his attorney.
All four men were initially arrested on 9th September on suspicion of first degree kidnapping after and incident on the bands tour bus on 31st August. A woman has alleged she was raped by all four members of the band after being invited onto the bands tour bus
